I am a Senior Consultant Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist with over 35 years of clinical experience in the field of mental health. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and children, helping them navigate a wide range of emotional, psychological, and behavioural challenges. Over the years, I have been featured across various print and electronic media platforms and have contributed columns and expert opinions to leading publications such as The Times of India, Indian Express, Eastern Chronicle, Femina, Cosmopolitan, and several other magazines. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship and marital concerns, family conflicts, trauma, workplace mental health, addiction, and existential concerns.
